Return and Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (B2C Consumers)

Consumer buyers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

The returned item must be:

• Returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
• Unopened, undamaged, unused and in original, undamaged, sealed packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) must be enclosed.

3. Return Exceptions (Due to Health and Hygiene)

Returns are not possible for:

• Products where the protective seal or wrapping has been opened (dietary supplements, teas), as they are no longer suitable for resale and pose a hygiene and health risk.
• Custom-made products or products made specifically for the customer.

4. Return Procedure

1. Notification: Send an email to info@herba-medica.si stating the order number and desire to return.
2. Instructions: After approval, we will send you shipping instructions.
3. Shipping: You send the goods at your own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipment.

5. Refund

If the return is approved and conditions are met, we will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 working days to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs: The cost of return is borne by the buyer.
• Refund reduction: If we determine that the article is used or damaged (except for defects), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
